Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead by phone or WhatsApp helps reduce your waiting time. [CONFIRM whether walk-in patients are seen]

What tests are available for vertigo?

We offer VNG (videonystagmography), the Functional Head Impulse Test, Computerised Posturography and Vestibular Assessment & Rehabilitation, along with hearing tests (audiometry) and endoscopy. The doctor will tell you which tests you need after examining you.

Are the vertigo tests painful?

No. They are non-invasive – there are no needles or cuts. You may feel briefly dizzy during some parts of the test; this settles quickly.

How long does a vertigo test take?

It depends on which tests are needed. [CONFIRM typical duration with clinic]

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring old prescriptions and reports, a list of your current medicines (or the medicines themselves), any previous CT / MRI scans and hearing test reports. If you feel very dizzy, bring a family member with you.
